If paying by check, please complete this form and mail it with your check made payable to: AFS Alabama Chapter. Please send checks to Colin Dinken, ALAFS Treasurer, at 149 Lake Davidson Lane, Helena, AL 35080. We will use Zoom as the virtual platform. We will provide a link and a password several days in advance (via email) of the meeting for those that register virtually. The virtual registration will include attendance to the oral presentation sessions and business meeting. We will also allow presenters to present virtually if desired.
